What if I don’t have one of the listed IDs?
Email, call, or text before booking. We can discuss whether another legally permitted identification method fits your situation. Identification must be established before notarization can proceed.
Will you explain what my legal documents mean?
I can explain the notarial process. Questions about legal meaning, document selection, or loan terms belong with your attorney, lender, or document recipient.
What does the General Notary starting fee include?
The $75 starting service fee includes one notarized document. Each additional notarized document is $10. Travel is quoted separately, and your complete price is confirmed before booking.

Can I request a visit outside the listed counties?
Yes. Other East Tennessee locations may be available by arrangement. Send your city, service needs, and timing so I can confirm availability and a travel quote.
Can you provide witnesses?
Witness services start at $15 and must be arranged in advance. Your attorney or document recipient can confirm who qualifies and how many witnesses your documents require.
What do your estate planning services include?
Notarization of already-prepared wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents starts at $100. Larger packages and additional signers are quoted individually. I do not prepare estate plans or provide legal advice.
Do you offer will readings?
Yes. Readings of prepared wills are available by arrangement, with the fee confirmed in advance. This service does not include legal interpretation, advice, or estate administration.
How much are loan signings?
Real estate loan signings start at $175. Auto loan signings start at $100. Travel is quoted separately; package size, printing, scanbacks, and return requirements affect your complete quote.
What if I need to change or cancel an appointment?
Email, call, or text as soon as your plans change. Ask about cancellation, travel already undertaken, and any refund terms before confirming your booking.
Does submitting the contact form book my appointment?
No. I’ll respond to confirm availability, your service needs, location, and total fee before the appointment is booked.
What should I bring?
